I got my car’s window tint done from Omar . But it’s started coming out. I tried calling him and also messaged about that. But I didn’t receive any reply. I was promised life time warranty. If not that they should replace it at least once. In my point of view, one should never go to these guys as he doesn’t respond back to customer at all. Bad service. Not recommended at all!!!!!
Got my tint done last year, and it started to peel off so I tried giving them a call so that I could get it fixed, given that they offer lifetime warranty, but no one answered after trying multiple times. I even tried messaging them but never heard back. The tint on both of my windows is peeled off halfway and have to get it done elsewhere cause they wouldn’t answer my call. Very disappointed.
I went with these guys for PPF and full window tint because one of my clients recommended them. I’m so glad I did because these guys did an amazing job on my Audi! I just purchased a new S6 and I was keen on getting PPF installed on the hood+bumper ASAP. Christiana and Omar were meticulous in their work and the film was installed perfectly on the hood and bumper. The window tints look fantastic as well! Ceramic film is the only way to go for tints and I know come summer time, my car will be cooler even if parked out in the sun all day. Pricing is extremely fair and worth it since they are highly skilled. Christiana and Omar are true professionals. Will be recommending Sunset Pro to everyone I know who wants to get tints/paint protection on their cars. Thanks guys!!
I couldn't be happier with the Great job that Omar and Cristiana did for me. My job consisted of removing existing tint, which was done very nicely with the windows cleaned and prepared for the new tint. They then installed 20% all around and love the way my car looks now. Thanks guys!

These guys did fine on tinting my car, but very noticeably chipped the paint (!!!) on my car on 2 different areas. Did not even personally tell me, I noticed myself after they stuck a white sticker to cover the chips. Super unprofessional. After I got into contact about the damage, the guy I spoke to was nice and apologized but still would not recommend this establishment to anyone as paint chips are basically permanent (not to mention avoidable...) damage.
