Work itself itself is great. Communication is horrible. I suggest hiring a front desk representative to deal with customers since they clearly do not have time or care for their clients. I have tried to contact both owners multiple times a day for over a week regarding a my driver window tint falling off and booking an app is almost impossible when they do not answer the phone. Then when I show up to try to talk to them in person they are locked up when Google says open. If you want good communication and customer service look elsewhere.
Customer Service SUCKS - very hard to get through to them. Showed up twice for my appointment and no one is to be found. (Even after I confirmed my appointment the day before...)
Posting this review after several months! Amazing quality at a great price! They obviously take pride in their work and will treat your car like their own. 18% ceramic tints all around and everything is backed by a LIFETIME warranty. Can’t recommend this place enough!
First Place Tinting has been AMAZING with communication and their work. I brought my 2024 M2 in today for 5% tint in the rear, 20% front, and 5% sun visor. This is the only tinting place I will come to now. This is definitely my first choice and highly recommend it be yours too! Thank you guys for your great work. I couldn’t be happier
I had ppf done from these guys on my van that the dealership sent directly to them. I dealt with Ben. The ppf had some bubbles and didn't cure right. I told them and Ben was very accommodating that they would fix this. For now I am driving the car waiting again to redo the ppf. But they honor their work and will make things right. They are very helpful when you have questions.
If you’re looking for vehicle tinting, First Place is the best. They were able to accommodate me right away for an appointment, very calm and patient in explaining what is best for your vehicle. The turn around period was very quick as well. Great staff!
