Connected this place as I was hoping to purchase flowers. I do not have an account but when googling open to public they pop up. When I asked if they could let me know where I could go they responded with " a flower shop" and proceeded to laugh on the phone. These are for an event and regular flower shops are costly when needing multiple centerpieces. The customer service weather im an account holder or not is upsetting. Coming from a buisness owner myself and a husband who has a business and who is also grown up in a family buisness. They should conduct themselves a bit more professionally on the phone.

In my experiencs with Fair Trade Floral and the staff, they have always been kind, courteous and informative to customers. Even just by the name Fair Trade, they are always Fair with all their customers. Afshin and Elmira and the rest of the staff have always shown kindness and helpfulness. Any recent negative reviews do not fit with the experiences of majority of customers.
