I had an excellent experience with Charles. He responded to all of my emails promptly with pricing and availability. When I arrived to pick up day of, everything was ready so quickly and there was barely any damage in transportation. Charles helped me load the car and gave me plenty of advice as I am DIYing flowers for my wedding this weekend. I felt hesitant at first, but had such a great experience and feel so much more at ease about my upcoming wedding. He was kind, patient, and funny. I would definitely come back in the future.

I got x5 bunches from here as I had an urgent order and I regretted and experienced worst customer service. 40cm x5 freedom bunches they were not good, I have made 60+ bouquets to date but this sales representative had zero knowledge and wasn’t returning them. My money got wasted had to buy all bunches again from another seller. The rude sales representative asked if you have an account it’s ok but then he started. 1. You have to have an account with the wholesaler distributor anywhere in Mississauga. lol Answer: Mind that I have 2 around pacific circle, 1 Richmond hill and 1 in North York. 2. Why you take an urgent order? Answer: Is this your concern? Audacity ! 3. On phone call he said to someone - why you want flowers on last minute !! Answer: Client is our top most priority unlike you being a sales representative being rude and somewhat had a degrading tone. Never coming back Making an account wasn’t an issue but when one bunch wasn’t good, I asked them to return it as they had client right they can take them back and sell or keep the bad product to them selves.

Every time I walk through the door I get greeted by name and with big smiles from all the staff. Their selection is great, and they go out of their way to find specific flowers when we need them. When we had to make this 3 foot wide Canadien piece for a funeral, the team dyed the flowers blue for us, and even shopped at another wholesaler to get extra flowers to dye. Chaz and the whole team take pride in their product and provide excellent customer service. We are very satisfied with Apex!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Every time when I walked in, we were met with attitude and asked “DO YOU HAVE AN ACCONT” but I’m their existing customer. The staff over there with no help at all and always tried to gave me an attitude and make me wait at the cash. DONT WASTE TIME GOING THERE!
It is tough to find places that have the trifecta- quality, service and good pircing. Apex is one of those unicorns. Their selection and quality is incredible every time, their prices are very comparable , but their service is what truely stands out. Marscha is my sales rep and has been incredible! Every staff member is quick to greet you, ( My daughter loves Chaz and Marscha!) and is exremely helpful . They manage flow very well especially during peak times/ busy seasons. My only complaint is on me, I wish I had found them sooner! <3
