This was one of the worst experiences we had while planning our wedding. From start to finish, the behavior and service from the decor owner were completely unacceptable. First of all, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. One night before the wedding, he called me while I was busy at work, creating unnecessary stress. Just 5 minutes after calling me, instead of waiting or communicating properly, he called my family friend directly asking for money. He only had their number because they were the ones that referred them to us. On chat, when we politely asked him to help place our own table runners on the tables, he bluntly refused and said, “It’s the venue’s job.” Which he repeated twice more. No willingness to help, no cooperation, and absolutely no customer service attitude. What made things worse is that after completing the decor, they left the venue without even bothering to send us pictures or asking if the setup was okay. No confirmation, no feedback, nothing. For a wedding — a once-in-a-lifetime event — this level of carelessness is shocking. Now coming to the actual setup, which was poorly planned and uncomfortable. As clearly visible in the picture: • There were NO STEPS in front of the stage, only one step on the side. • Guests were forced to jump onto the stage from the front, which looked awkward and unsafe. • The sofa was placed extremely close to the edge of the stage, leaving almost no space. • The stage was very congested, making it uncomfortable for the bride and groom to even sit properly. • The centerpieces were also not the same as shown in the contract. It was a simple vase with red flowers submerged in water and a candle on top. They only filled the vases halfway, the flowers looked very bad and fake and the candles were not lit. This shows a complete lack of planning, experience, and attention to detail. Overall, this was a very negative and stressful experience. Rude behavior, poor communication, zero flexibility, and badly executed decor. Highly unprofessional.

Shahid and his wife spent multiple hours with us to finalize a look for our wedding/reception that we loved. Our decor was even more beautiful in person.
I had decor for 2 events done from them and they were great. From start to finish, they helped me pick out colours/styles and designed what I had envisioned. Their prices are also very reasonable! Would definitely recommend!
Today was our son's wedding and soulmate did all the decorations. Everyone was giving us so much praise and really loved the stage and all the details that went into every part of the preparation. I would like to give thanks to my wife for finding soulmate and soulmate for making this dayvso special with everything they did for set you to removal and managed in the time line of the event. If I could give more stars I would. Excellent work thank you so, so much.

My interaction has been with Shahid, and I agree with other posts below that he is professional, flexible, and provides great customer service. They are decorating my event in May so I'll update this post accordingly but I couldn't hold back from sharing my positive experience in case it helps someone else. Definitely check them out! Update: if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. During the consultation, they were patient and took the time to understand my needs, and guided towards what would work best. They were super accommodating and respectful of my budget. My experience leading up to the big day was already positive, and my wedding day decor was magical. The team did a fantastic job, and even my guests loved the decor. The team went above and beyond, and their work far exceeded my expectations. Absolute pleasure working with them, and highly recommend them!
