We can’t thank Vicky enough for everything she did to make our wedding day, and the entire journey leading up to it, so special. From the very beginning, she managed to understand our unique personalities and work with us so effortlessly. She somehow got to know the dynamics of our very colorful family with ease and handled everything with such grace, patience, and skill. We truly couldn’t have asked for more, and our families were equally as impressed (and grateful!) for how seamlessly everything flowed. It takes a very special kind of person to live this work every day, not to mention every weekend, with the level of dedication, care, and composure that we saw with you. We honestly don’t know how she does it, but we’re so glad that she does. Every detail that mattered to us was cared for beautifully, and the details we didn’t even think to care about, you handled perfectly. She made our day feel deeply us. Beyond keeping us on track and orchestrating everything so flawlessly, she became such an integral part of this experience for us. We both looked at each other a couple days later and were like...."so....we're just not going to see Vicky again?" with a mix of disbelief and sadness. You held so much - our excitement, our nerves, our chaos - and turned it into something peaceful, elegant, and unforgettable. Had an incredible experience with Cassandra planning our destination wedding to Cancun. She helped about 30 guests from Canada with hotel and flight, and 20 others with hotel for our stay (as our family is located all over). Our entire party was about 65 people. She was extremely attentive, caring and helpful - answering any question she could right away and letting us know when she could answer others she was not sure of. She worked within our budget to find resorts an opportunity's to ensure many of our guests were able to attend. We stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun and had a fantastic wedding. It was absolutely stunning and our guests were impressed with with hotel and our event. I didn't have a single negative conversation with Cassandra, even when our originally chosen resort (Royalton Cancun) emailed out that they were shutting down for renovation and our stay and wedding would be moved. She worked with our anxieties throughout this transition, ensured the pricing was not changed, and made sure to communicate all changes to our guests once we had all the new details. She made a very stressful part of planning much easier and took control of the situation so we did not have to. We had enough on our plates and appreciate her help so much. We would absolutely recommend placing your vision and needs in Cassandra's hands to help you find the perfect location and get your guests squared away. Vicky was our wedding planner and she was absolutely great. We started working with her a couple months before the big day and she helped bring the whole day together. She had a detailed timeline for the day (20+ pages), which her and her team followed to make sure nothing got overlooked. We truly trusted Vicky and her team and did not have to think about what we had to do next, or where we had to be, as we knew they would be on top of everything. Leading up to the wedding day, Vicky was always very responsive and was happy to have as many meetings/phone calls as needed. She really understood our vision and helped it to life.
Vicky is amazing! My husband and I couldn't be more appreciative of her for everything she did for us. Not only did she ensure our wedding day was seamless and incredibly special but she supported us so professionally and thoughtfully as our plans were delayed and changed throughout the pandemic. Vicky would check in with us and would always make herself available for our questions and when we wanted to run multiple scenarios by her; her experience and friendship throughout our wedding planning was invaluable. My husband and I chose Vicky be our day-of coordinator after having seen her professionalism and work ethic at my friends wedding the prior year. I cannot recommend her enough! From the first day we met to go through a detailed itinerary of the day (which took about 2.5 hours and no complaints from Vicky whatsoever), we knew we would be in good hands. Her attention to every little detail was exactly what I needed. Fast forward to the day of - I had 400 guests at my wedding and we are a very loud Middle Eastern family. I was worried about how Vicky and her assistants would be able to keep so many people under control, especially for all the morning festivities at my house. Well, let me just say Vicky and her assistants had it ALL under control while maintaining such a high level of respect, professionalism and precision to all of my prior asks. Anything my parents, bridesmaids, husband, or myself needed that day was taken care of and handled with the highest amount of care. There was even a mishap at the reception with the vinyl flooring, and Vicky made sure to get it all fixed before I even arrived without even letting me know so I wouldn't stress the day of my wedding. Overall, I cannot recommend Vicky and her team enough. They are so pleasant and competent at what they do, and they helped make my day run so smoothly. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day other than enjoying the day! Thank you Vicky and team!!
Vicky is excellent at her job. She care about her customer and make them happy. I am glad that I hired her to plan my daughter's wedding. I will hire her again next year for my other daughter. She is perfect in every way. Keep up the good work Vicky and wish you the best.
