This is kanjeeban here I gave my truck to this company for repairs because the driver-side wheel king pin and passenger-side wheel bearing were damaged. They charged me $2,000 for the work. After I picked it up and started using the truck, it developed an oil leak while I was at Newmarket, which led to a $1,000 fine since it happened on private property. When I contacted the company again, they asked me to drive the truck back to them, but I told them it was too risky. They then advised me to call a mobile mechanic. I did, and the mechanic charged $500, but the company only reimbursed me $250. So, I ended up facing losses, and the truck was not properly fixed.
Got my clearance lights fixed on one of my trucks took 45 minutes and charged me 2 hours of Labour and $30 for 5 feet of 14 gauge cable and 4 ties what a rip off questioned Balkar about it an according to him he put his best guy on it which I pointed out where the problem was what a RIP OFF never going back again and will not recommend bigger the shop bigger the crook.
All my repairs mostly done in this place.since my truck new. Need same day fix?this is the place unless ur problem need more that a day. Price controllled !!! Nice

I was running late to drop off my load and I called Surjit Singh, told him I need a oil change asap, he told me come right in don’t you worry. I went to New Best Truck Repair and they did my oil change in minutes and I was back on the road to work. They have a really nice staff as well as really good service crew. Went to many different mechanics but never met anyone good as Gurjot, he’s one of the supervisors there. He made sure I was treated well. I really enjoyed my experience at New Best today and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!!!
One mechanic....and rest are all student learner's working on trucks. Labor rate 70$ hr but charge double hours for a job. Parts are also expensive than parts shop. Not fast either.
