if you are single owner operator do not go there they are doing everything to get $100 out of your pocket they charged me 4 hours work but they worked only 2 hours and they say it's our minimum
You don’t need to be lucky in order to meet the owner because he’s always at the shop and he’s the nicest and down to earth person I ever met in my life. The workers are really expert and the head technician is graduated from university of oxford london and he knows his job well. Most of the mechanics had the working experiences at freight liner dealerships that’s why they are very skilled. Last but not least they are really honest with their work and their customers so you can trust them blindly.
The work they do speaks for itself!!! Amazing team they got from office to mechanics they got you covered. The mechanics are amazing at the work they do they help me out with all my fleet from truck and trailer work doesn’t matter small jobs or big jobs, tires, electrical work you name it they will get it done. Highly recommend them they charge reasonable better then other shops and actually get the job done and have you back on roads asap unlike other shops. Excellent service the owner Ranjit is amazing person man of his word keeping my fleet on the road and out of me having to call service call mechanics saving me money!!! Got here to get the company truck safety done. Specifically and clearly told the owner if it needs any changes, please tell my manager and he'll tell you if you could proceed or not. My manager was out of town so payment was an issue which was clearly told to the owner. He did the repairs and made the bill around $3500. How in the world does he expect me (who is earning $18/hour) to pay this amount at one time? Later the owner told the manager that I told him to proceed with the repairs. When I clearly denied, he changed his words that we don't before proceeding with the repairs. After everything was sorted out, he told me that he needed my license to know who was taking the truck, and he'll attach it with other documents. After scanning, he said if no payment was made, I'd be the one bearing the payment if he didn't get it before 2 days.
I took my truck here worst experience ever. They over charged me and changed things that didn't need replacing. A 1 hour job took 8 hours and my truck was still broken after leaving. I would seriously recommend going elsewhere.
