I love the staff here, they are always friendly and helpful. Even if they don't have stock on parts, they will offer alternative options and provide you with part numbers.
Shaileshkumar Prajapati, the heavy vehicle parts specialist, is a very good passionate person in his work, very good dealing with customers, always solves parts problems and finds parts, explains everything well, & attitude is nice and is patient. I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years now. Even if parts are not available, he’s find a way to get them to me as soon as possible. Always delivers quality service. I just had to take my time to write this review, I’m glad to be working with him now and also moving forward into the future too.

6 January 2025 evening 5 30 pm. There is around 20 people waiting in line and only 1 cash register is open . Waiting time is ridiculous . I waited around 20 minutes line didn't moved at all. So i just left.
Wait times are ridiculous. To get back core, you have to wait a month for a phone call. It's a good place for alternate parts but the service is poor to the max
