Terrible customer service, called multiple times over a 4 day period to go to a general delivery mailbox. Finally left a message 2 days ago. They lost my business, I went elsewhere. Will never call there again

I have been calling various locations to enquire about about unfitting various trucks, I have been on hold multiple times and no one answers the bloody phone...what is going on over there!!!

The timely and efficient service this company provides is slowly declining. This is just my experience. Unfortunately it takes way too long to get service done. Few years ago it used to take 2 to 3 days to get blower installed, now it's taking over a week.

Called 6 times in 1 day, no one picks up, tried 0 for reception, still no human just disconnects / drops the phone call. There is a option for voice mail but really, no one can take a call?

Asked for a quote to have a hitch mounted on our truck, provided info, pictures etc. Got quote saying it was a day of work, then told we have to bring it in for mechanics to see it (original upfit was done by them), fine. Drop it on Tuesday, a day before appt, everything agreed and work to go ahead. Told now it will take two days, not one. Three days later (Friday) get a call saying it’s ready. Reschedule crews to pick up truck on Tuesday of the following week and arrive there at opening only to be told actually it’s not done, they need 3 more hours. Now we’re scheduled to pick it up at 2 (5-6 hours later) ruining our work day for a crew and 5 full days after we dropped it off for a 1 day job. Obviously it wasn’t done or worked on, because a hitch plate and brake controller aren’t complex installs. Hope it’s good work, because the honesty about time and communication doesn’t match the price.

Awesome customer service always willing to revamp if you need to add to your box or flatbed and they have always gone the extra mile to help me do whatever I needed done Thank you to Matt and the rest of the team I look forward to dealing with you for all of my work

Got rid of their best employees from the Newmarket location and also higher-ups in staff, all the new staff that are replacements are terrible to deal with, zero customer satisfaction, half of the company doesn’t answer their phones/emails EVER. Very upsetting and quite honestly sad that they would do this. They aren’t a small manufacturer by any means. Also- still frustrated why customers never got a survey/expression of interest before closing the Newmarket location?
