I had an amazing experience at Action Car and Truck in Mississauga! I came in to have a tonneau cover installed and decided to pick up a few other items while I waited. The staff went above and beyond—not only was the installation quick and professional, but they even gift-wrapped the items I bought for Christmas. The service here is absolutely top-notch, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service!

The sales associate I dealt with today was hands down one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in a retail setting. From the moment I walked in, it was clear he didn’t want to do his job. He acted like I was bothering him just by existing, gave nothing but sarcasm and attitude, and made it obvious that he couldn’t care less about helping a paying customer. The dismissive tone, the lack of effort—it was disgusting. I don’t know who trained him, but you might want to start over. If this is how you treat people who walk in ready to spend money, you won’t have customers for long. Do yourself a favor and clean house—because that behavior is unacceptable.
I would never use this company. I bought a new truck and I needed the lights on my salter wired and they won’t do it because I didn’t buy the lights from them how ridiculous that you have to buy their products to have them wire it.
Recently had 2 company trucks in for accessories. One needed side boxes - poor installation, boxes misaligned, bolts were loose, brackets crooked - very poor workmanship, ended up repairing ourselves. Second truck needed side steps, lack of communication from front desk, steps ordered were not what we had thought. She had made a comment that it looked weird but charged for install anyways rather than reaching out. They were not willing to work with us to correct this issue. Will not be taking anymore trucks here again.
Brought my Defender here to get mud flaps installed. I was promptly booked by the lady at front desk also received a confirmation mail The gentleman at the desk went through installation process before install. He also gave me good advice for future accessories installation. This place has great customer service. I highly recommend this place
