not the greatest look towards pats drive line or the gear center for faster service and better prices plus ult doesn’t give accounts for new customers and expect customers to jump when they call and say when parts are ready. also service isn’t the greatest at ult and they always are quick to hang the phone up most likely not coming back unless needed
I have bought 2 transmission from ULT. Both of them are hard to shift and run hot and vibrant lots under torque. I took one truck to there dealer in Winnipeg. What a waste of time and money. Gave me bogus excuses why it’s not the transmission. Excuses like a dent in the top of the shock cover. Yet with the air ride down the dent still does not touch the shock. Another one was a tire cupped out. That creates a hop not a vibration under torque. Then they pulled the drive shaft and spun the transmission. Well there is no load on the transmissions. Of course it won’t it won’t vibrate. There is no load on the transmission. I can’t believe that they have people like this working for them. What a gong show of a company
