I really like coming in here. The staff are really nice, friendly and helpful! Their selection has range and the store is organized. The resellers ruin the atmosphere and the staff's time that could be saved to help actual customers. The resellers always crowd the showcases and end up getting into shouting matches with each other. It's super annoying. Maybe this location needs to bring all the nice stuff out at random times of the day so to give real shoppers a chance to find a few nice things to buy. Resellers ruin the fun of shopping at thrift store.

Literally stop by here today and no change rooms. I don't understand how you expect me to purchase without trying it on. I'm sorry, this location is a NO for me!

I LOVE SALVATION ARMY!! Their prices are the best out of all the thrift stores I’ve seen, maybe a couple local shops has some discounted pieces but the convenience of Salvation Army is perfect. Everything is organized by colour and are very clean. Of the 7 thrift stores I’ve been to in my trip to Canada, I got my biggest haul from here. Sure they don’t have change rooms but they have plenty of mirrors. The only downside I could thing of was that the shoes were organized by color not size, which was kind of difficult. But my sister found a WHITE (not a single stain) roots sweater that was better than all the sweaters I saw in their store and outlet for only 13$. And shirts were abt 2-4$ it was amazing. They have soooo many items that are new with tags, especially Zara. Also the fact that they’re non profit is really cool. We were goofing around and everyone was super chill in there. I bought 5 items for 33 bucks, it was awesome!

Don’t go to this store, unless you wish to be served by staff who use the washroom and don’t wash hands. Went to this location tonight and asked for key to washroom. They KNEW there was no hand soap in washroom, but didn’t tell me that before giving me the key. They are literally about 10 step from a Dollarama! Just walk there and buy soap. Disgusting.

Value Village across the street is a million times better place to shop & donate! Lazy & aggressive staff! Dirty, smelly, littered environment. Most senior staff has left and new unwelcoming faces every few months. For years our whole family and many friends donate & shop at this location but recently noticed on multiple occasions that the newer floor staff seems to favor certain customers (most probably their friends and family) by holding items for them as well as staff members (newer ones) been seen keeping items for themselves instead of placing them in shelves. Hope the owner/store manager takes notice of this!

Love this store and come here weekly! So many amazing items, and the staff are generally friendly! A small critique: their baby / infant section always a mess, and I hate having to bend down to floor level for the entire rack of baby pants… maybe someone can organize the store a bit more efficiently. Also, the door isn’t wheelchair accessible :(

Imo cheapest thrift store in the area, yet also the worst selection (for my personal style). Nice staff tho! They dont have bags by the way so make sure to bring your own
