I recently port my number from Virgin to telus . Gurveer offered me a great plan with unlimited data. She is really helpful and I got my 16 pro max on time. Must visit this store they are really professional and kind.
My dad came to switch 4 lines from Rogers to Koodoo. He spoke with a person named Gurleen at 7:00pm (1 hour before closing time) on December 18, 2024, and she refused to give him the correct information on the plan. She had an extremely rude behaviour by speaking to my dad in a disrespectful tone. My dad asked if she had time to assist him to switch carriers but instead she was too busy talking to her friends or family in Punjabi while neglecting the customer's inquiries. When my dad asked if she had time to speak to the customer who was inquiring about the plan, she said no she won't talk to him in an extremely disrespectful tone and stated that it was time for closing even when there was an hour left. My dad was inquiring about switching to Koodoo and was willing to switch based on the plan, but that day she lost 4 lines because of her rude behaviour. We're not going to be coming back to this shop ever again because the employee here clearly wasn't doing her job.
Telus are so nice to me I will continue to work with Telus all the time . Gurveer helped me finding best plan for me . I am happy with my new phone .Best customer service and staff.
Beware. Confirmed with Public Mobile and there is no activation fee. The SIM card is $10, idk where their $20 activation fee came from. You are better off going to Walmart or purchasing directly from the Public Mobile site. Highly disappointed I was swindled.
Great service by the Telus-Koodo showroom and would like to appreciate the customer service provided by Pawani. I am 100% happy to recommend this showroom in Westwood mall.
