I had an amazing experience at the Telus/Koodo store on Glen Erin! I dealt with Aman (the best man), and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I purchased a new iPhone and he set me up with the best plan and the cheapest price on the phone. On top of that, he gave me free accessories as part of the Black Friday special. Aman is truly the best — professional, friendly, and honest. I will always come back to this store because of the great service! Highly recommended!
Muhammad was fantastic and a phenomenal sales rep. He spent over an hour helping me, my girlfriend and her mother’s accounts set up and fixed all of our problems. I’d highly recommend this Telus for any of your needs!

Absolutely pathetic. Mr. Aman has an inflated ego and a terrible attitude. While he was initially polite, he later refused to assist me, claiming I wasn’t important enough to be worth his time. Don’t be deceived by his friendly facade!
