The courts are easy to book and well maintained. Shout out to the front desk staff who are warm, helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place to people who like to play badminton or pickleball.
Our group play pickleball since summer at Smash. The courts are always clean as well as the washroom/ change rooms. We've played at other courts over summer, it was so humid, they only have fans on. Here at Smash, the A/C was on last summer. Over those months, we've met a few Filipino staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Shawn, Mikey and especially to Jessa for your exceptional service.
There’s a new Indian front desk lady she’s unfriendly, rude approach towards customers and disrupts classes. Do not come to this club. Staff Very unfriendly.
Good space to play pickleball, its loud tho due to the way the courts are divided. Also the fact that they have it as 24 hours on google maps is a lie.
Staff is so rude, and the way they respond it just makes you feel so uncomfortable. The guy at the reception today is really rude.Also, many people were playing in regular shoes and also in slippers but that did not seem to be problem but we were forced to rent shoes.
The guy at the reception was so rude and anytime i asked him question he would ignore or not give straight answers. Plus the courts don’t have proper ventilation, it gets so humid inside. Not really a great place.
Attempted to book use of the batting cages and called in. I was not informed until I got there that they were not auto fed, though I asked what I would need. So basically drove out there for nothing and had to leave. For 100 bucks one would almost expect a man in a suit standing there feeding them for you lol.
