Had a wonderful time at the lounge , The atmosphere strikes an amazing balance between casual and upscale—dim lighting, sleek pool tables, and good music that doesn’t overpower conversation, Tables are well maintained and Plenty of space between them Their zinger burgers a perfection and loaded fries are to die for . I recently visited Billiard Lounge and Eatery in Ridgeway Plaza, and it exceeded all my expectations! The first thing you notice is the welcoming and modern ambiance. Perfect for a casual hangout with friends or family. The place is clean, well-lit, and has a great vibe overall. What makes it even better is their 100% halal menu. It’s not easy to find a spot that combines great food with a fun activity like billiards, but this place nails it. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was friendly and attentive. The pool tables are well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space to relax, eat, and play. You can tell a lot of care went into making this place inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend this lounge for anyone looking for good food, great company, and a fun night out. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I regularly visit this snooker lounge, and it’s hands down one of the best places for cue sports enthusiasts! The ambiance is fantastic—well-lit tables, high-quality cues, and a spacious, clean setup that makes playing here an absolute pleasure. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The rates are reasonable, and the overall experience is worth every penny. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, this place caters to all skill levels. They also maintain the tables really well, ensuring a smooth and professional playing experience. The lounge has a great vibe, perfect for hanging out with friends or even practicing solo. If you love snooker or just want to try it out in a top-notch environment, this is the place to be.
We came on Sunday at 3:30 (hours posted say that they open at 3:00). We waited 30 minutes and called 2 times. No answer. Please post your updated hours - don’t waste people’s time!!
Our visit to this billiard place was a disaster. We were a group of six, and we were okay with paying the extra $2 per person for the four of us who wanted to play. However, when our other two friends came with us just to watch and order food, the staff told us they had to leave. This was despite our friends trying to order food and shisha. The staff’s attitude was rude, and their policies were completely unfair. It felt like we were begging them to let us pay for their service. There are much better places to enjoy billiards with reasonable prices and respectful service. I definitely do not recommend this place.
