Beware of KB Carpet Cleaners / KB Rugs! I called this company after seeing their sponsored ad on Google. A person named Arsal answered and promised guaranteed results or my money back. They claimed to have professional cleaners and top-quality equipment, but that was completely false. The people who came were untrained students, not certified professionals. They lacked proper cleaning equipment and couldn’t remove even basic stains, despite promising results better than others in the market. When I tried to leave a review afterward, I noticed their business listing had disappeared, which raises even more red flags. Please don’t trust KB Carpet Cleaners — they are not what they claim to be. Their service was poor, misleading, and not worth the money.
