AVOID this office at all cost. Using this office we had: The closing date was pushed off without any warning or consent four times, the last two of which occurred on the day leading us to wait around for multiple days for a potential signing that did not occur. Incorrectly filled documents were submitted with spelling, grammar, and syntax errors sent to us in a method not appropriate for signing (a Word document). We have received minimal communication, no answers to basic questions despite repeated messages and inquiries. Significant delays in updating documents. We were not informed of the potential causes of delays or next steps despite repeated inquiries. Failure to use upload identification and system failures requiring re-uploads of information. One of the most unprofessional law offices I have ever experienced working with. They cost us thousands of dollars, and not even an apology.
