Katie and Lacey are awesome, always there to respond to our questions and concerns. Most of our conversations happened over the email, which was preferred option for me. Although, I did talk to them a few times over the call since we were a bit paranoid about the next steps in the beginning. I met the Mr. Griffin once before closing for 1 hour call in which he went in detail about the entire process. Overall, great experience with them. I would highly recommend them to other people.

Nice clean place. One problem is reception is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There is a buzzer, at the entrance so maybe those with walking issues could get help. A bit disorganized place. Was told they'd expect me and when I get there the receptionist didn't know anything about that, so I had to wait almost half an hour before they figured things out.
