It is definitely amazing experience work with Sam McDadi team on purchasing my dream home. I worked with realtor, James Watt, he is such a nice person, he explained me everything that I have questions in, James also spent weekend and evening time showing us the listing. He is so patient and whenever I message him, he would get back to me immediately. Besides, everything is so transparent and he is absolutely a reliable realtor that you can trust on. I usually dont write reviews but I just had to do one today. This is probably the most remarkable thing that has happened to me buying or selling property. I had my home listed with another local agent. It was on the market for 60 days with zero action or any real feedback. Seeing that Im in advertising and marketing, I tried to reach out to my old agent with some ideas but they were not really welcomed. Anyways, my listing came to an end and figured I would take the home off the market for a couple months and then re-list. I was always a little sceptical about going to a bigger agent like Sam McDadi. I figured this guy was dealing with homes in the million dollar range, so maybe hes not an agent for me. Boy was I wrong!. I dont know what it was, but I decided to call his office a couple days after my listing expired with my other agent. Sams assistant set up a viewing for him to come see my place the following day. When he arrived I kind of made a joke What are you on Millionaire dollar listing?. This was because he showed up with a personal assistant who was driving. Sam comes into my home and instantly starts talking like hes some old high school friend of mine (which was great). He takes a look at my place and tells me all the positives about it. We discussed a few things that I thought the other agent didnt do, or what I thought should have been done. At that point he tells me that he thinks my place is a beauty and probably a 10/10 score. I know it nice to hear, but I still give it a chuckle. Sam continues to tell me that he could sell it in an hour. He was wrong It took him an hour and a half!. SeriouslyAn hour and a half. He called some buyers he knew that were looking for a place just like mine. They dropped everything and came right over. An hour and half later, SOLD!. SOLD!!!!! I couldnt even believe what was happening. When the reality set in, I figured it out. The guy has a very big network, and people trust him for a reason. This all comes down to the way you are, and how you present yourself. He truly is one of the best agents Ive worked with, and as of now probably the only guy Ill ever deal with. Remarkable is the word that should be used here. Top NotchCall him!

We had a truly great and professional experience working with Mark Powell. We looked at a lot of homes, as what we were looking for changed as we went through the process, and throughout this entire process Mark was a true professional. He was very patient and never made us feel like we were wasting his time - even when we went for our third or fourth showing of the same property. Mark understood how big of a decision this was and encouraged us to take our time to make sure we found the right home. He was also completely flexible and would schedule viewings morning/afternoon/evening/weekdays/long weekends and weekends to accommodate our crazy schedule. Mark had good input for home values and good suggestions in the negotiation process for both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. Never once did we feel like we were pressured into a decision. And I truly feel we made the best purchase decision as we really thoroughly explored what the market had to offer.
