Went to look at a rental unit on Malta Ave. in Brampton, the agent Israa Al-Boosi was 1/2 an hour late, had no courtesy to call and when she finally showed up she was very unprofessional. She was preoccupied going through her phone and showed no interest in showing the unit so we went through it ourselves quickly so me and my fiance could get out of there ASAP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO COURTESY OR PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. As a reflection of her decorum, I would not put my trust in this agency. (Never underestimate the clients you deal with)
