Terrible customer service. I asked the girl if they made "STUFFED" CHEESE pretzel bites. She said yes, with parm. I placed the order only to find they were NOT stuffed with cheese only parm on the top. I went back to ask only to receive attitude from her. I was not impressed and didn't argue or request a refund in front of my daughter. She stood at the counter as my daughter and I sat in the mall eating the very dry, overly buttered, too well done pretzel bites and stared at me. Like I said, I did not want to cause any issues and stress in the presence of my daughter or I would have said something. I have purchased the bites I requested at another location. They were very friendly, there was no language barrier and the pretzel was AMAZING. Can't say the same for this location. If you can't understand English and what the actual order is and you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, you should not be working there. I will never visit this establishment again. Another thing I noticed is they were eating while serving customers and not washing their hands which is very unhygienic. I'm sure they have a lunch break to eat and this should not be done in front of customers. Disgusting! My order went in the garbage. What a waste of money.
First Time Pretzel Experience at SQ1 I had never tried pretzels before, but every time I passed this shop in Square One, the amazing aroma would tempt me so much. Finally, I gave in—and I'm so glad I did! I tried the sweet pretzel bites with vanilla dip, and they tasted just as incredible as they smelled—warm, soft, and bursting with sweet goodness. The man at the counter was genuinely warm and always smiling, which added to the feel-good experience. The only thing I’d say is that it was a bit too sweet for my taste—but still totally worth it for a first-time indulgence.
I could smell these pretzels down the hall and had to get a mid-mall snack to power my shopping day. The lady was real nice and literally just pulled them out of the oven. Honestly, my daughter at most of it but I got some too. Thanks for the eeeats!
They are always patient with your order. And very fast in handing it out. They also offer napkins and bags without yu even asking for it, which is prefect as the toppings create a mess when eating it. Never had stale pretzles here. Always warm and tasty :)
Usually very impressed with this location and their food. Unfortunately, I was served a burnt pretzel today and was given the incorrect order, and they refused to make a new one for me. Really unhappy, and dissatisfied with their service. Date: 02. 17. 2024 Time: 10:45 am
The worst place you have ever been. Worst customer service The gave me a coffe. With a dirty cap with a lipstick on it. When I went to complain the guy yelled at me for complaining. He didn’t even make the coffe right. And then yelled at me for going and saying he gave me a dirty lid It was the Indian guy with curly hair. Don’t go to this place. Overpriced and horrible place to eat
A little expensive snacks for me? Two dog bites cost $19.87 after tax. But the sugar cinnamon pretzel is tasty; The staff are very nice and friendly:)
