I always love Auntie Anne’s for their fresh, warm pretzels, but I was especially happy to see that they carry Palestinian Coke here. It’s such a meaningful touch that makes the experience feel more inclusive and connected. Pairing my pretzel with a Palestinian Coke was perfect, tasty, refreshing, and uplifting to see.
Went today around 8pm. They were not busy but some how managed to BURN both my jalapeño pretzels. I didn’t even notice until I got home and opened them to eat them.
There’s a middle aged employee there who seems to be of a brown descent who gave exceptional service. He was working alone but still managed to be a delightful person providing great customer service.
I normally never leave a review unless there's a discount, or the service is beyond amazing- so much so it's worth writing about. In this case, it's the latter. I came to the Square One location at around 5:30pm, where it's usually always busy, and found the kindest soul working the entire thing alone and managing it so well! His name is Rao, and he's so so nice :) Excellent food, excellent customer service. Really, such a nice dude he's so cool
Worst place ever.Take way too much time and the guy shows way too much attitude.We were the second person to order and still didn’t give us our food after 20 minutes of serving everybody else.
Ro and his wife are just super amazing and provide that same amazing service to all its customers. Been frequenting here for the last 5 years and these two go above and beyond for my family and I. Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts.
Waited almost 20mins for fresh out the oven pretzel. Took it to go for a car ride snack. Bit into my pretzel and it’s stretchy, dough isn’t cooked. Can’t even go back now to get a new one as I already left. Horrible experience
