I have problems with my lower back and right hip due to a lot of lifting in my workplace. Since 2 months ago I have been receiving Physiotherapy in Square One Clinic having an amazing progress with my pain. The staff Sheila, Nemeshia, Debbie and Fiona are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The exercises and machines are really effective. I highly recommend this Clinic. It has been a wonderful experience. Thank you girls!
I had a terrible experience with this physiotherapy clinic. I needed compression socks for my knee and they ordered the wrong size. When I realized the mistake, I returned them and was told to wait an additional two weeks for the correct size. This was extremely frustrating as I was in pain and needed them urgently. Additionally, they charged me 80 CAD for the measurements of the socks. Despite the socks never being made, they are not ready to refund this amount. When we asked for a refund, the process was another painful step. They made it difficult and I couldn't get my refund until they were ready to give it. A refund should not be this hard to obtain. Overall, I ordered compression socks, waited almost a week, and ended up with nothing. Terrible experience. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
I had a Car rearer Ended accident in December 2024. My TD auto insurance referred me here for treatment. I am so amazed by professionalism and hygiene of this clinic. Front desk staff Physiotherapist and RMT all are super respectful caring and very professional. I strongly recommend this clinic for treatments. My Back Pain is getting better in few appointments.

This is the first time I've tried out physiotherapy due to chronic neck pain, and the overall experience was great! I'm happy to report that after 6-8 weekly sessions with Merin, I have recovered about 95%, with the extra 5% buffer being physical exercises/stretches that I could do in my own time. I went in with very inflamed neck muscles where I couldn't move my neck at all, to being able to move my neck and even workout at the gym normally. Merin and all the other staff were not only knowledgeable and professional, but very friendly as a bonus! Hard to come by in Mississauga in my experience. Lastly, the process for submitting my insurance was also very smooth. They accepted my Greenshield insurance and submitted it on my behalf. Overall, I would recommend visiting for any pains, injuries or chronic issues you're experiencing.
