I have been coming to physio now for my neck and back pain after an accident, and Mansi is my physiotherapist and she has done an amazing job. She knows what she is doing. I recommend her for physio sessions.
I have been going to Physio Now for my lower back injury from a Motor Vehicle year ago. I must say, this is the best physio clinic i've been to. From front desk staff to Physiotherapist all are top notch. They know what they are doing! Before my visit at this clinic no one has educated me about the functions of my back muscles and how to avoid re injury. Had an opportunity to meet with Sharon who is also the clinic director, such great physiotherapist with over 30 yrs of experience. Worked with their other physiotherapist Mansi and Varinder they all have magic hands. Give them a try! Ric -
I have been attending PhysioNow on and off for quite a few years and have always found them to be friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Sharon and her team. You feel like family. They really care!
I would not recommend going here! I am a high level athlete that has had ongoing rib pain for about 2 years. Was recommended to visit PhysioNow, who promised that I would start to see improvement within 3 sessions. Fast forward 3 months, no improvement whatsoever. Was not covered under insurance so I wasted hundreds of dollars. When I asked why I wasn't seeing results, they realized that they misdiagnosed me and for MONTHS they were trying to realign a "curve in my spine" rather than focusing on my ribs. I lost not only time and money but was also was discouraged to seek help from other medical professionals because of the barrier of trust I developed with PhysioNow. I believed that I would not be able to perform to the best of my abilities anymore because so far, no one is actually here to help you, but to drain your pockets. It is awful when you go to a place like this with incredible amounts of pain, believing that their main purpose is to help you heal but in reality you are not going to get anywhere with them.
I have had physio + acupuncture treatment at this location since late May 2020. The experience was good until yesterday - couple hours after my treatment, I found a needle left on my back when I showered at night. Today I called and talked to the manager - Sharon. She apologized and promised such situation wouldn't happen again. However I am not convinced that an apology and a promise is a good solution for such accident. Unfortunately I don't see a sincere problem solving attitude.
Out dated decor, feels old and cheap and a little grimy. I won't return prices are average and even a little high but you won't get anything for it. I would not recommend.
I have been seeing Sharon Tierney PT & Richard Haddad RMT for a back issue. They know exactly what is needed. I wish I could bring the team home with me. Professional and caring staff. Yes, they care, you don’t wait long and your always greeted by all. My husband Jim has been seeing Sharon and co-workers for a major surgery. You have done miracles in such a short time on Jim. We still know it’s a long haul, who better to see us through. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
