I highly recommend Physio Now. I came here after a neck and shoulder injury following an accident and my body has recovered beautifully under the care of this clinic. Riya is my favourite physiotherapist, she’s very attentive, personable and caring. Thank you so much Lorne Park Physio!
*UPDATE* The director called after reading the review and offered either my money back or another free massage. I was grateful but turned it down. She did ask if there was anything she can do for me and I asked that this be looked into so other customers don't experience the same experience in the future. Will change the rating to a 3 star because of the prompt follow up. *Original review* I have had great experiences with physio therapy services at many PhysioNow locations, I was recommended by the owner of the massage therapist here so came here when I had lower back pains as I wasn't able to get an appointment at my preferred locations within the week. This was by far the worst massage I have ever gotten. I don't even know where to start, the pressure was all wrong she barely did any muscle massage as she preferred to just brush her hands across my body, there was no order to her operation, she was all over the place and not methodical about how she works around my back, a lot of the time she insisted on massaging through 3 layers of sheets/towels, the massage doesn't get deep into the muscle but more of a pinch/grab of the skin layer. It was extremely uncomfortable and did not help my issue at all. I would not recommend anyone coming here for their massage therapy.
Sharath has been so patient and professional with me after I had a work related concussion. He takes the time each appointment to ask how I am feeling and what has happened during the days I was not at the clinic. He answers all my questions and provides continuous positive support. Having never been here before I am very grateful to be under Sharaths care. I would most definitely recommend Sharath to my family and friends.
I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are fantastic. Claire always has a warm smile to greet you. Her attention to detail, knowledge and efficiency is refreshing. Sharath is a true professional. HIs skills and kindness are a credit to his profession. He is very patient and caring. We are fortunate to have this clinic in our neighbourhood.
I am truly grateful for the professional care, kindness and attention that I have received during my treatment at Physio Now in Lorne Park. Sharath is both an excellent Physiotherapist and a wonderful person. Following a very painful back injury, Sharath went above and beyond to provide me with immediate relief, much compassion and incredible support during my recovery period. Thank you, Sharath, for all that you have done for me. I am also thankful for the assistance that Claire and Gigi provided during my visits. They handled all administrative needs required by my health care providers and always made sure that I was comfortable during my therapy treatments. In additon to physiotherapy, I received very relaxing and healing massage therapy from Anamika. She has a magic touch that works wonders. Thank you so much to all the staff at Physio Now for such a positive experience filled with much laughter!
I never thought I'd say I love going to physio, but the staff here has made an otherwise painful experience a refreshing one. I've made a ton of progress on my shoulder injury thanks to Khairun and her phenomenal team. Thank you!!! :)
Sharath is the kindest most compassionate physiotherapist. He makes physiotherapy enjoyable. His professionalism and honesty is much respected. This man works miracles. Massages with Anamika are amazing and relaxing. She is kind and caring. Her hands always leave you wanting more. I suggest booking massages in advance. Lovely Claire. She will always assist you with a smile. Always assessing your comfort levels. Administering ultrasound therapy that is both enjoyable and relaxing. Such a wonderful crew of people. This place comes highly recommended.
