I had an excellent experience at this clinic. They offer everything under one roof - physiotherapy, chiropractic care, aqua therapy, and more other treatments which makes treatment very convenient. The facility is clean, modern, and well equipped. All providers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The treatment felt safe, well-explained, and very effective. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of care.The front desk staff deserves special mention for being friendly, organized, and always helpful with scheduling. Overall, a very professional and welcoming clinic. Highly recommended.

They took time to understand my problem and the treatment really helped me feel better. The care and professional here is top notch. Dr Samar took her time to ask questions and diagnosis my shoulder pain. Treatment was provided and there was immediate relief of pain.
I was referred to this company after i met in a motor vehicle and was so happy i went along with that recommendation.The staff was very helpful, attentive and caring and i would definitely recommend anyone who needs the services offered by Natural Touch to go there. Amazing place! Fantastic techs and so organized! Sahista is the best physiotherapist in the world, after a year at two other clinics with no improvement , she figured out the problem and had me walking properly in under a month!!
This was the worst customer service experience that my mom and I have had in a while. Not only did the receptionist's not give us the correct information about the treatment we were going to recieve but they also proceeded to speak extremley passive aggressively and condescending to us once my mom tried to explain the pain she was in after recieving the treatment, and was trying to figure out a fair solution. We used to come here many years ago and never had any issues but since the mangement and admin team have changed, this place has drastically gone downhill. Needless to say, my family and I will no longer be going there anymore.
