I did not like their front desk service at all. The specialist might be good who is working here, but the receptionist always mess up with our appointments. Even though we schedule the appointment for my husband on call, but when he go there, sometimes he get the answer that there’s nothing scheduled, sometimes they’ll say that you are scheduled at some other location. We always check in advance while booking about the date time and location, but still had to come back 2 times from this place because of these issues.
The staff here is very friendly and professional. I come here for massage and chiro, and have always been happy with the service received. I recently started to see Dr Sabina (for chiro), who is just absolutely amazing! She took the time to get know my lifestyle, what I was looking for in the service and was very attentive. She gave excellent advice to help me be more comfortable in day to day life, along with options that I would be open to exploring. Really appreciate her for this!! Would definitely recommend this business for such services, and would highly recommend Dr Sabina for Chiro!
My appointment was canceled after I reached the massage therapy center and i was requested to come early for the appointment. It was total waste of my time as I had to organize my schedule based on that. I was told i would be charged if I did not cancel or re-schedule my appointment at least 24hr before and shouldn't they be paying the penalty for making me come all the way and then cancelling the appointment.
Stay as far away as you can from this place! I had a similar experience as some of the other clients. There was confusion at the front desk regarding whom I was booked with, although I had made the appointment with a specific therapist. The staff assumed that because of my name and ethnicity I would have booked with another therapist!!! This 'confusion' and discrimination happened despite there being more staff standing at the front desk than clients in the waiting area. The massage was the worst I ever had. The 'therapist' should not be allowed to give massages and I am shocked that she gives regular massages to clients. She did not introduce herself at the beginning of the appointment, as you are supposed to do when you have a new client. When I asked for a deep massage she said that my tissues will get damaged. She is either too lazy or unqualified to do real massages. She was wearing a long sweater and when she dug in her elbow, I could feel the fabric of her sweater. I also felt her nails digging into my skin. Instead of focusing on the massage she started pulling my legs in different directions and at one point my hip was not even touching the table, which is a completely wrong technique. When I complained, absolutely nothing was done by the reception staff. Instead of calling me they called the person who had referred me and lied that this happened because they were busy. Their unprofessionalism is beyond words. Save your money and pick a place out of the hundreds of other places in the neighbourhood.
Sam is a very knowledgeable, helpful and patient massage therapist. Definitely is understanding and knows what he is talking about. Definitely would recommend this place!
