I had a fantastic experience at CBI Health! Aaron helped me with my TMJ issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to assess my concerns and create a clear, effective treatment plan. His help was really informative, and gave me the confidence to manage my symptoms independently. I’m extremely happy with how quickly everything has healed and I feel well-equipped to maintain these results moving forward! I would highly recommend CBI Health!!
Possibly the worst run company on earth. There are always issues. A few great psw’s but most of the time they can’t fulfill the time so my 93 year old father with Alzheimer’s is left alone on his own. They send new people who have never been here so we have to train new people just about every week. We have been clients for 6 years. Nothing but issues. First one today… scheduler told me they have a two hour window to show up. Lol new one to us. My dad has been in very unsafe situations because of CBI. Thank god there are a few PSW’s that are our angels. I get it’s a tough job. It’s not the PSW’s fault it’s CBI that is so horrible. Can I give a minus 100? Ok update. September 13. Again no one shows up. No call nothing. I call and their response to me stating my 94 year old father is alone and vulnerable is we can’t find anyone. Great care CBI. The worst agency. Never rely on this company.
Absolute worse physio experience. Only did a bit of massage if that's what you can even call it and had me do excersises that made my condition worse and pushed me to do more. I was approved for more physio and most of my appointments were canceled due to staff shortage then my time ran out. Also told WSIB I'm the one didn't show up for appointments. My new physio I finally have approval for gives me massage heat electrical pads and ultrasound. Huge difference HUGE.
Constant issue with psws, won't show up on time, can't do what is required and the office won't take complaints off hours. This is a sham of public money designed to assist the inform and vulnerable. I love how the positive reviews have corporate profiles in their pictures and they sweep complaints under the rug. Someone needs to be accountable. I have recorded my last four calls with the after-hours board and I only wish I could upload them to show everyone what they are going to deal with. It's disgraceful to deal with sick people this way.
we are very happy with the services, Kripal is really good, shes a great help, shes very caring to my grandpa, she goes above and beyond for him, shes very dedicated, we love her, we also really like jean, she is a very caring individual, she always is so kind, we have great conversations and shes so helpful to my grandfather, so i highly recommend asking for them both if needed, there are many great people!! John is also great!
My experience here was great,friendly people,easy to get along with. My injury was a pinched siadic nerve,iam back to work feeling a lot better then I did when I started.
I tried this place for Physiotherapy, and I was disappointed. They don’t give you the time you paid for. The physiotherapist is treating many patients in the same time with no concentration on your treatment plans. They will do lis than 5 mins massage then hot packs then you are cured. If you had your kids at home do the session, you would get mor benefits.
