Writing this review after seeing Kelly Skidmore, the Osteopath, only twice thus far, but she is impressive as hell and hence the effort. She not only knows her craft, human anatomy and its ideal functioning innately due to combo of training and experience in kinesiology and osteopathy, but she if CONFIDENT and definitive in her every word and action. Natural ability to diagnose and address all the root causes for every dysfunction, a stark contrast (in my opinion) from time spent on a massage. Metaphorically, it is the difference between carpet bombing (hoping you hit the target) vs a surgical strike (knowing in advance you ARE hitting the target). And for good, not temporarily. I did a lot of research to find a top drawer practitioner and happy that i found one! And she is a martial artist, so she has to eat her own cooking! My gratitude, thanks and best wishes to you Kelly and your family for the impending Holiday Season!!!
Wesley Garrard is a very knowledgeable and honest physiotherapist! He has helped with my hip and knee injuries in the past and I can’t thank him enough for helping me recover with his knowledgeable, honest, customer oriented approach.

The staff is amazing. The value they provide is simply astounding. They know exactly what they’re doing, they will work you through any exercises you may need and will give you a protocol to follow for the rest of the week. I’ve been to several physiotherapists before and none have provided the value that ascend does.
Sandra and Wesley are super awesome! I have been struggling with shoulder pain for the past 3 years and no one has been able to figure out the root cause. In just one session, Sandra analyzed and detected the root cause that has been contributing to the pain and restricted movements. It’s been 4 sessions with them so far, pain has reduced and my range of motion has improved quite well. Wesley helped me get into the gym to strengthen my muscles. He understood how anxious I was and guided me closely to help do the movements in a proper way. He is so involved and he teaches very well. One of the things that I appreciate about them is that they didn’t restrict me from performing any activity. They encouraged me to do it with notes on how to mitigate pain when I encounter it. Sandra and Wesley are my life savers. I can’t thank them both enough.
