We had a wonderful time at Fun Square for my grandchildren’s birthday party. They were excited by numerous games. The stuffed toys from the claw machines were a big hit. The large, private room gave us plenty of space to celebrate with food and cake.
Everything from start to finish was impeccible. The Owner and staff members' attentiveness to detail and willingness to help is unsurpassed. The venue is clean and well-organized. The party staff are extremely personable and work well with the children. This is a dream party venue for kids and adults alike. The claw machines are set up in a way that every child ended up getting several prizes with the credits placed on the play cards. The arcade games are far more sophisticated, entertaining and awesome than at your local gaming party place with the big grey mouse. Option for karaoke which we passed on. The kids enjoyed selecting the music playlist for the party and videos played on a flat screen TV. They danced the Macarena, Gangman Style, Chicken song etc. The areas are spacious, plenty of room for all guests. Comfy sofas for the parents to sit and relax. The dedicatlon of the Owner and staff to ensure the party experience is memorable is apparent from moment of booking. This follows through with coordinating party details, execution of the party, and the cleanup. All staff had exceptional communication and interpersonal skills which helped make everything run smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. Our son and his friends, as well as the adults, had a fantastic time. Several of the children have told their parents that they want to have their next birthday party there 5 stars is not nearly adequate to rate this party venue!!!!!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
❤️ Had an amazing time at Fun Square! From the moment I stepped in, I was amazed by the interior design. Very cute and vibey. Got 4 plushies with ease Lots of machines to play around with, a favourite was the driving simulator. The basketball, robot machine, and running machine all made for engaging physical activity. The mirror room was also very gorgeous and mesmerizing to walk around in. The party rooms offered beautiful environments to host in with many very well decorated options. A wonderfully designed layout of the space with multiple entrances to the aracade made it easily accessible to multiple parties at the same time. Overall, the space was very clean and well maintained with multiple themed bathrooms. The staff (Grace and Jessica) were super kind, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. They guided us through the setup of some games such as the boxing game. I especially enjoyed the tactile games such as the ball shooting game and the water shooting game. I like that the water is recycled and used on crops. The tickets were easily redeemable for prizes and was very good for value. Would highly recommend this place for parties, small gatherings, or just for some fun times with friends or family.
Yesterday with children birthday, good environment! Clean and very friendly staff! The main children are very happy, singing and holding dolls and crafts! Also send a birthday gift to the children awesome!
We recently hosted my 5 year old's birthday party at Fun Square and we had an AMAZING experience. The facility is extremely clean and the customer service is top notch. We usually hate the idea of crowded and rushed birthday parties at busy facilities, so we're so glad we found this place. There was truly something for everyone. All of our guests enjoyed themselves so much. We will definitely be back!
