We hosted an outdoor family and friends memorial event this past weekend and rented the tables, chairs, coffee/hot water urns and linens from Action Party Rentals. Even though our order wasn't as large as i'm sure they're used to, Jennifer and Ryan were both engaged and incredibly helpful in working with me on the order (which I changed a couple times) and responded immediately anytime I sent through a note. They even pointed out where I may have made an error in my count - it was a great catch! They fully explained expectations for delivery and pick up timing - so everything went without a hitch, it was outstanding customer service. Our property is a little off the beaten path, but the delivery drivers found it with no problem and were kind, considerate and helpful as well. I will definitely use Action Party Rentals again, and have already recommended their services to others. I can't thank you enough for helping to make this event so much smoother & easier to organize!
Action Party Rentals saved the day for our event. We had a last minute request for a high-profile event and the customer service staff on the phone was just so helpful and amazing! Even suggesting items that were a better fit for our event. And the manager who helped us when we returned our items was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The take away is that they REALLY understand events and what hosts - whether seasoned event planners or newbies - need! Trust them with your event needs!

I recently rented chairs, tables and linens from Action Party Rentals for my baby shower. The items were delivered on time and in good condition. The customer service from Ryan and Jennifer was exceptional - especially when we needed to reschedule the party at the last minute due to a family emergency. Will be using APR again in the future!
Rented 15 tables for an event at our workshop. They delivered on time and picked up on time with no hassle! Our address is a bit difficult to find, and they had no trouble!
I hosted a work event and planned to have used their services. Everything was confirmed, the company did not show up at all. No response back on email or voicemail. If you’re looking for a reliable company this is not it. I’m so disappointed.
