Guest they say go to Nu Hotel. U go there customer service is very basic but that dont matter now...the girl tells me I had to go to another address!!!!!!!!!!!!I go, office tells me go park somewhere! All spots full and hard to find a stop while I'm stressing myself for missing the plane. Shuttle drive drives carelessly.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.One of the worst service experiences Ive ever had. Not to mention the hidden fees. I called 3 times for a shuttle bus to pick up my family from the airport, and was either immediately hung up on or sent to an inactivated voicemail.We had to watch all the other companies shuttle buses pass us by before our call finally got through. When the bus did come though, we had an erratic driver that drove past stop signs and other customers waving him down. One of our seatbelts was also non-existent. To make things worse, he wouldnt tell us where we were going, so we were very confused when he stopped at a hotel for another customer and ran inside.Seriously, I dont usually write reviews, but this one was well deserved. DO NOT use EZ Airport Parking.
Really polite and friendly. Shuttle was prompt and picked us up in good time. Close to airport. Great price. All in all a good experience. Would use this service again.
Amazing service. Valet available. So close to the airport. The shuttles express service. Nice lobby clean & safe for my princess to be. My car was secured. People commenting about this place poorly is just wrong - this is the closest parking to the airport if you don't want to park at the airport. So shut up & go on vaca already.
Thought I got a good deal for the parking, but bad handling of the car. I brought in my car in good shape, and had it Valet parked. After 4 days of staying at EZ parking, I got my car with a SCRATCH and passenger door not opening with control button. I pointed out the issues to the person who handed it back to me and said it was just parked. Yes, if it was parked SAFELY, the car wont have these issues. Attempted to call the manager Usma that he handed me the card, but just kept ringing and no voice mail to leave a message.
