I have used their service several times and all the times that I have used their service they have been fabulous and very professional in everything they do. Simmi is such a wonderful person and she gives you all her ears and eyes when you are discussing your case with her. She has always given me the best advise possible and she has always been very considerate and respectful in all our conversation and she is always on the target.
They are very unprofessional, they lack empathy and they will terminate representing you if you defend yourself to them. I woke with simmi for 6 months and in the 6 month I’ve always paid what amount that was asked of me. I always answered emails & phone calls. They sent me a form to sign I wasn’t in the country and my flight got delayed when I got back to Canada they reminded me to sign the form and take pictures of my ID I did exactly that. The opposing council wanted it photo copied I however expressed to simmi I’m not driving so she cannot get it that day. She did not care the office then sent me and email a couple hours before I sent what was asked and told me I wasn’t cooperating. I then defended myself and told them that I was cooperating I just do not have a vehicle a. I however got her the information BEFORE the deadline line she gave me and she sent me an email saying she wasn’t representing me no longer with no explanation. She ignored my calls and was very rude to me she I had to make someone else call just to get her on the phone and she said she doesn’t want to speak to me only in writing I wrote her and email and she hasn’t responded. The secretary told me they are no longer representing me because I did not have a ride to photocopy my ID and I did not do it on their time. They didn’t like the fact that I defended myself when they said I wasn’t cooperating and and to punish me they didn’t want to represent me. It’s very unprofessional and I was treated unfairly and disrespected. I have been nothing but respectful and fully cooperated with simmi. I do not recommend this firm.
