Peter is very knowledgeable about the LTB rules & regulations and very confident in what he suggests. During the initial period where his previous admin was on long leave we had trouble in reaching out to him, once he connected to the case he is on top of the matter till the closure. Well! Going to court when you're not guilty is a very nerve racking experience, but Peter's knowledge, proactive & calm demeanor calmed my nerves. I got charged for careless driving and was referred to Peter as the go to guy and I'm glad I did, once he got a copy of the Police report he precisely knew how to handle and go about it. We found this company by doing a Google search and I am glad we did. We dealt with Peter Balatidis and he was great. Thorough and always wanted to make sure we were apprised every step of the way. Whenever I called / emailed a question, Peter was quick to get back to me. He was always pleasant and never made me feel like I was bothering him. We had a client refusing to pay the last portion of his invoice even though the work was done - and done well enough that he actually recommended us to others in his condo! At one point we realized we had to file some paperwork within hours to validate our claim. Peter went back to his office after hours to scan and send us papers for signing so we could send back and he could file before the deadline. Peter was able to negotiate with the other side on our behalf and got us 80% of what was owed plus we got part of our retainer back. A great outcome in our books.
