Visited the office to pick out my new glasses and had a wonderful experience. Paula assisted me, and she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help me choose the perfect frames and truly made the experience enjoyable. The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional. In the future, if I ever decide to get a new frame, I would absolutely return, especially because of the excellent service Paula provided.

Came in for an eye check up, a new pair of glasses and refitting my old pairs. The eye check up was done in a timely manner once seen. My optometrist explained the results with the why. Open to questions and answered them patiently. Greeted in a friendly manner by Paula from the glasses store side, after checking in. Helped with ordering the new pair of glasses. Patient and friendly. The refitting was done knowledgably and timely by Jojo. Solid customer service in getting things done.
