Very poor quality of lenses: bought reading glasses, which were barely used, and had scratches within 4 months. No, it was not wear and tear and were always in a case. When we went back were politely to old it was wear and tear....
I recently visited this optical shop and had a disappointing experience. I simply asked if they had any frames in the $50-$80 range, and the lady there responded in a very dismissive and rude manner. She told me they only keep expensive frames and that carrying lower-priced ones would be "humiliating" for them. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and looked down upon. It felt like she was judging me based on my budget, and the way she spoke came across as biased and disrespectful. No one should be made to feel small for asking about affordable options. It's unfortunate that a business would treat potential customers this way. Everyone deserves respect, regardless of their spending capacitv.
ALERT!!! PLEASE DON’T VISIT THIS DOCTOR AND STORE!!!! They ask you to buy glasses!!! If you say you don’t want glasses they will treat you like ******** very bad!!!! They are very rude!!!!
Extremely dissatisfied with the new Armani glasses that I made recently. The glasses remained uncomfortable due to lack of proper adjustment. The worst part is that one of the lenses fell off due to poor craftsmanship, and I was charged $190.00 for replacement for no fault of mine. I will NEVER go to Kanda Optical again!!
Finally found the store with great designs and wonderful collection after visiting and wasting time in others around the area..My son my self and spouse all found our choice of frames, they really have good collection, and most of all the customer service provided by Anju ! Really deserves 5star she heard our concerns and catered very well to our requirements. Thank you
