We recently had the privilege of having the team from Campbell move us from Brampton to North Bay Ontario. The whole experience right from first engagement with Campbell right through to the physical move and unpack was excellent. Moving is such a stressful experience and the movers were very pleasant, explained the process clearly and were patient and positive all the way, even at -25 degree windchill! This is our second experience with this company and we highly recommend.
They practically doubled their quote, didnt give me the 3% discount promised for booking online, showed up an hour early and then it was a fight to get my money back for that hour that they sat on their hands doing nothing. Damaged some of my property. And it was a hassle getting ahold of the right person to discuss the hour early charges. The person who made the mistake never called me back despite leaving a voicemail requesting that they do so. They said they would call me back to discuss the charges before charging my credit card, they did not. Just took some off for the hour early and charged without discussion. Super unprofessional. Ive heard good things about el cheapo... Ill probably go there next time. Sure as hell wont book with them again.

They arrived on time, organized and packed the truck well, took good care of our things in transit, and everything went smoothly in the delivery to our new home the next day.
