Mijanou was amazing. So kind and helpful that I found the item I needed and bought an extra shirt. I wish Bella was more helpful and she was very mean and unkind especially towards her colleague Mijanou. Thanks to Mijanou I would shop there again and recommend to my friends and family.

I recently visited Stars Men’s Shop to buy suits, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the wide and stylish collection they had something for every taste and occasion. A special shoutout to Ayushi, the representative who helped us throughout. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we found the perfect fit. Her suggestions were spot-on, and she went above and beyond to assist us with care and professionalism and Ayushi truly made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
I was a last minute shopper. I went to the store with 0 expectations I was planning on getting something online instead. While I was browsing and Ajmal came up to check on me. I explained him my situation and there were a few other customers as well in the store and since I was still choosing what to buy he gave me some advice and choices and helped the other customers too. Sign clearly states: FREE TIE! Receive a Free Tie (value up to $60) with the purchase of a Dress Shirt (selected styles). A friend bought two shirts and sales girl asked if a tie was needed. I said "well doesn't it come with a tie" and she said no. I pointed to the sign and she said it doesn't apply. After cashing out we asked another salesperson just to confirm and he said we have to buy the shirts at regular price, I mentioned that's not what the sign says. Manny (he said that was his name, but in case it's not, he's the salesperson working on 03-05-2025 at 5pm) got all rude and said I don't have time for this ... I don't have time to argue with you guys over a tie. We were shocked because we weren't arguing. We were stating a fact, that the sign is misleading. I told my friend "I guess we won't shop here anymore" and she said "It's a shame because we get all our formal wear for the whole family from here". When hiring for retail, the company should really vet the person to see if they are the right fit for the job. Bad customer service reflects negatively on the company.
