Harry Rosen Vaughan Mills offers excellent service and competitive pricing. While the quality of service may not be as high as that of their flagship stores, the overall experience at Vaughan Mills Mall is positive.

Purchased a Tom ford tie and a handkerchief. Store doesn’t have a refund policy. Went to the store to return and received a store credit. Was told they will honour similar discount on the tie. I came to Mississauga location and spoke to a manager Rocko and first he said yes we will honour it and went to checkout he realized it’s store credit and he didn’t want to honour it anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Too bad to be a Harry Rosen client.customer service sucks at this location .
We had a phenomenal experience on Boxing Day. With a busy store, we were attended to by Sharon and Joseph who helped us so personally. They understood our preferences and showed us the best selection AND assisted with many alterations. This is a must visit for high quality goods with expert sales staff.
Great place to look for suits. Iman is an experienced specialist at suits and will get you the what you want. Highly recommend checking this outlet out for good deals and suits.
Very unprofessional obnoxious laughable staff… You ask what other options are in a certain color in a specific style and the employee says to you “oh no we’re not going to look at 10 different jackets” after I get shown ONLY one option. He could have said that’s the only option for what I’m looking for, but even so it was visible that there were other options in my size. However, he proceeds to only show me that one option and says that’s it. Honestly, dude seemed insecure and was trying to overcompensate with his attitude. I rarely ever write a bad review about any place but this man didn’t seem happy working there and gave the store a really bad look.
It was after many years I went to Harry Rosen outlet at Heartland upon receipt of advise from a friend. I was advised to go and see Frank and he will take care of me. Being a regular customer at Harry Rosen prime stores, I was hesitant in going to outlet. Quality and fitting were of my concerns. I was amazed to see Frank’s knowledge, understanding and expertise in this business. Once he knew which colour I was looking for, it was within minutes he found suite for me that was a perfect fit and good quality. He then proceeded to dress me so that I can see how it looks with shirts, tie, shoes. I couldn’t be happier as I really wanted a suite for this evening’s event and ended up buying everything that he brought. People make difference and Frank is perfect example of this. With my today’s experience, I will continue exploring their Heartland location.
