Food was excellent. My first time there - went with a friend. Indian people were eating there - so I'm assuming it tastes like home and therefore authentic. Server was very nice and attentive. AC was too high and it was a bit cold. In fairness at lunch - not as busy. A few more people and it may get warm.
Karan & his team at Nirvana catered our wedding (appetizers at cocktail hour and wedding dinner) and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the food. Everything was brought out on time, delicious, and mildly spiced as requested, all within our budget. Guests are still raving about the food! Highly recommend! Thank you!
Ive had very good experience here the first time I visited. Excellent food, right amount of spices and some amazing flavours. Add to it, the waitress was very friendly.Been there again in a month and I had horrible experience. The waiter looked like he was a student, drops the cutlery and serves the same ones right in front of us. When we asked him to change he says they dont have any more left and goes away with out an apology. We managed to get new set after talking to the same waitress we spoke to during the first visit. Unfortunately, at this time the food was overly spicy and uncooked.I would suggest to visit during weekdays when there is less crowd, you could hope for a better service then.
I had a small reception here for my wedding. it was such poor service. no management on site. they cheated on the quantity of food. atrocious. I never ate there again. they scam you if given the chance. In response to Nirvana, this happened in 2008. There was no management. There were people working with no communication skills. I was embarrassed by their poor arrangements. I paid $600 for 20 guests. I had to repeatedly ask them to serve the tables properly. They skrimped at every turn and they became progressively more difficult the more I asked them to serve the tables properly. There were no qualified restaurant managers available. The party was left with people with no experience. I have never returned and have discouraged others from hosting any event at Nirvana.
Loved the food and the service, Quantity and Quality of food is great. It was for the first time I went there.I would suggest the management to play some light music or instrumental music.Overall experience was greatBy far the best Indian food I have tried.
