Amy was soo rude she asked for money which i paid for 45 mins and after 20 mins started asking tips for extra work which is red flagged I told her I just need massage then she was just yelling at me and went away I asked for refund and then she just pretended to do her work but she did shitest job ever
Went for a facial for the first time there and the service was excellent. I actually dozed off for a bit. Didn’t get the name of my aesthetician but will be returning for sure. It was dark and dingy, no place to wait if you weren’t the one getting the service, and the main door was locked had to ring the bell.
Masaage was nice for the foot but the environment is not at all clean and very disturbing. There is a noise all the time from nearby unit which does not let you relax . The rooms are so filthy
I recently visited New Brilliance Spa after seeing its impressive 4.8 rating and 100+ reviews. While the massage itself was truly excellent, there were a few aspects of the experience that fell short for me. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. The waiting area felt more like a real estate office than a relaxing spa, and the dim lighting throughout didn’t help much. That said, the calming music in the background did bring a sense of peace and helped set a soothing tone. The owner, Mark, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. However, I struggled to communicate effectively with the masseuse due to a language barrier. I asked for a gentler touch multiple times, but it took three tries before the pressure was adjusted. I also came in specifically for a neck, shoulder, and head massage—and made it clear that I didn’t want my back worked on—but that part was unfortunately ignored. Despite all that, I’m still rating this highly because of the masseuse’s skill. Once we got on the same page, the massage was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve had. I fell asleep multiple times. Definitely going to come back again for a full body massage! If the communication issues and environment were improved, this would easily be a five-star experience!
Not a friendly place. Will book an appointment but later don’t give the service. Doesn’t understand English and made me pay before providing the service. Also after all that asked for extra tip or didn’t let me go.
I get massage regularly and thus far best massage I ever had! Tina is amazing. The owner is nice and they usually accommodate same day appointment. Highly recommend
I rang the door bell . Some lady came in after 2 to 3 minutes and she had difficulty in understanding English. I kept on asking about services . She kept looking like as if I did some crime. Looks like some suspicious activity going on inside. To me it does not seem yo be a safe place!!
