I'm writing this review after being a client of By the Lake for several years. I have receive the very best treatment for all my ailments since being a client. Erin, however has offered me personalized care for injuries that no other health professional has offered. There's many things I would recommend but for this post I do want to point out how significant cupping is for scar tissue. Looking at my knee today 4 out of 5 scars have disappeared after sessions. I don't care about the look of the scars but I do care about the pain and annoyance that comes from scar tissue. Hopefully someone reads this and gets the relief that I have experienced!
Had an excellent experience for my first massage therapy appointment. The venue had an excellent ambiance and the staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. They also gave me a lovely take home gift! Would definitely recommend!
This evening was my first ever visit at By the Lake... and let me tell you, ERIN DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I pulled my back Saturday shoveling driveways by Saturday evening I was hunched over is utter discomfort going to work with this back pain has been unbearable. Until tonight! Erin's magical hands took all the pain away. I was greeted and taken care of right away she and the rest of the staff were not only polite but also super friendly. Erin I can't thank you enough as I write this review feeling brand new my back truly can't thank you enough. The bag of salt for my bath was the cherry on the cake chefs kiss. I can't wait for our next visit lol I'm telling everyone about this place!!! 10/10 recommend.
This is my first time going to By the Lake massage. I absolutely loved the massage and I felt AMAZING. Sheila is very effective with her techniques. I'm definitely going back. Thank you for everyone else's reviews. I was looking for someone in the area and your reviews helped me find this place.
I have been going to this Spa for about 4 years or more. They were great when I was pregnant and had so many aches and also when I was not pregnant. Erin and Spencer are the 2 people I have used nd they are awesome. I drive all the way from Burlington to Missisauga, so this should tell you how good and relaxing the massage is.
Meh, ok, not great. I had a massage therapist by the name of "Lily." I've been to a number of massage therapists over the years and would rate her as average. The clinic is small and has a very 'hippy dippie" vibe to it. If you're into beads, yoga and that jazz, well, this may be the right place for you.
