Very satisfied with customer service and the timeliness of delivery. From initial contact the customer service interaction was great. I was able to confirm if they had stock. Even though pipe for my customers 2006 Kenworth W900 with CAT ACERT was not in stock, when I reached back-put 2-days later, they had already fabricated the pipe knowing that an order was potentially likely to occur. I placed order and received the pipe in Alberta two (2) days later via UPS regular service. Absolutely impressed….
