Exceptional chairs with absolutely legendary customer service! After 11 years of faithful service, I noticed that my chair was very slowly sinking over the course of the day. I called ergoCentric to ask about my service options. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have a lifetime warranty on their chairs (not including fabrics). Roxanne directed me to Serena who promptly booked a service call. They had someone come to my place and replace the chair lift today. All of a sudden I feel like I have a new chair again! Also, for comparison, I've used other high-end chairs (eg: Herman Miller) but absolutely love my ergoCentric.
Got a hag capisco for low back pain and loving it. Found better price elsewhere and sales matched it. Delivery took around 3 weeks but glad wasn't delayed any further than what was estimated. Website though is lacking (unlike fully) and need to call for questions and order. Couple of back and forth and they even managed to find walnut chesnut color which wasn't on their site.
I purchased a chair and exchanged it recently under the one year return policy. Sebastian and Mike provided excellent customer service. The new chair is absolutely perfect. Thinking of purchasing an adjustable desk next. Definitely recommend!
Mike blew me away!!! His patience is unlimited, and he is super understanding!!! He would not let me go until everything was perfect, even taking chairs apart for 2 1/2 hours after the store closed to get all the details exact. Unparalleled customer service and product!!!
Expensive, but very good quality of custom chairs of all types and sizes. The sales rep I had was very friendly, patient, and provided all the questions I had. I didn't buy anything then, but I will be in the near future.
