Fast and cordial service, reasonable prices, and the convenience of a physical location to find a locksmith at! I needed to re-key three brand new locks (purchased online), thus I did not need to have a mobile locksmith to come to my location and make me pay for the service call, I was able -instead- to take my locks to the locksmith. Furthermore, the mobile services I contacted for a quote, were unwilling to tell me over the phone how much they would charge for re-keying, the people they hire to answer their phones say that only the locksmith can assess the cost once on site... really?? Totally sounded like I would get a nasty surprise. At Mississauga Locksmith, Karen answered my cost question right away over the phone, and that was exactly what I was charged once the job was done.
