You get what you pay for. My experience with Everest Law was disappointing. Over a span of three to four weeks, I had to repeat the same information to my assigned attorney multiple times, yet there was still no progress on the single account being handled. I continued to receive calls asking for details that had already been provided. One call raised serious concerns about privacy and security. The attorney called to confirm my Social Security number and stated it aloud to me. If someone else had answered my phone, that information could have been exposed. With the level of identity theft today, this approach feels careless. I would not use this firm again.
I hired Equity Loan finace to help with the 10,000 dollar relief program the set every up for me. I just had lost my job during COVID. Had 3 credit card at close to 10,000 in Dept. I agreed to pay the $320 a month for 14 months. Well 10 weeks ago I got a letter from a judge that they credit burrow was going to start garnish funds to pay the dept collers double than what I owed then at first. I got really upset started making calls , no this can't happened I had payed to clear the Dept. Well Everest Law took my case and my cash and they haven't done anything for me it's been 10 weeks now and I've been getting garneshed every to week. I've tried calling all they say that there's a a tourney on the cash it's all BS I haven't heard anything. Sara and Lory are the Secretary's selling lies that there's someone on the case but now they don't pick up my calls . I need a lawyer that can help me get my cash back. Everest Law and Equity loan finance are fraud. Do not trust them I will fight back Legally and get my money back
SCAM! Taking $370.37 out my fathers account monthly and they have no record of it. Have sent proof from his banking account and they state let me research this and call you back. Never get a call back. When you do get someone back on the phone they put you on hold and leave you there.
