Very bad experience, there is obvious proof that the paralegal did not go through our file, and he can't remember the name of the client even though we provided the entire tenant list, I had a very bad experience with this paralegal, and I informed Anna when he did not respond to my phone calls or emails. I know this will be the eventual consequence. Of Course, you know Anna, she paid for the case, which came through all 26 tenants.

Hi Rajee. I never met you and you are not my client. It was Anna who signed the initial retainer and it was Anna that I communicated with regarding this file. Your name was not on a retainer, therefore it was against my professional rules to discuss this file other than with Anna. Beside that, your enquiry was outside the scope of this file and would require a separate retainer just with you.

Don't be amused by all the fake reviews. Utter disgrace of law practitioner. We hired him paying top market rate to represent us to LTB for our case. Verbally he told us he'll work for us till the case closed but when LTB gave another date he asked for more money or cancel our contract. And he put one date deceitfully that we didn't notice but believe his words. Not sure whether he got some benefits from our landlord's side as well. Avoid this fraudulent lawyer and go somewhere else with a lower fee. We, 25+ tenant of a building hired him, talked during the hearing over zoom and my name is there but this opportunist coming up with his tricks. Good luck making money without providing service.
