We needed documents notarized quickly. We made an appointment. They double booked us with another person. Assistants looked after the copying and filling out forms. The Notary / Lawyer was given our documents while she was meeting with the second client. I felt like my personal information and the service I was paying for was being compromised. I spoke up about my concern. The Notary / Lawyer was rude and said we were not asking for advice and this is how we do things here. If you don't like it, we'll shred your documents (work done so far) and you can leave. Because we needed the documents completed right away, we allowed her to finish. I'm glad I checked her their work. One document was not properly notarized. They fixed it after we pointed it out. You get what you pay for lower costs, faster service, the Notary was rude and made us feel like we were in the wrong by questioning their procedures.

Im aware that if youre using a notary, they cannot give legal advice, but he let me know the awkward wording of my documents had a weird requirement in it. Thank you! I appreciate being able to walk in without an appt and get quick service.

We required to have some passport copies certified .. we selected the office in Etobicoke, at the Queensway / Hwy 427. The process was convenient to book an appointment ( an appointment within 3 hours ) and the service was rapid, very courteous and professional.
